Qualifications:

• Valid Education Aide Permit is required
• Fluent in American Sign Language (ASL)
• Experience working with children or youth preferred

What youll do:

• Assist lead teachers in delivering daily instruction and classroom activities
• Provide direct support to students, including those who are Deaf or hard of hearing, using ASL
• Help implement individualized learning plans and accommodations
• Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
• Monitor student progress and report observations to teaching and support staff
• Support students in academic and behavioral growth, adapting strategies as needed
• Contribute to a collaborative atmosphere among teachers, support staff, and families
