Civil 3D CAD Designer​/Drafter

We're partnered with a well-established multidisciplinary engineering firm that has been serving Texas communities for more than 40 years. As the firm continues to grow, they're looking for a Civil 3D CAD Designer/Drafter to support a variety of municipal, land development, and infrastructure projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys producing high-quality design plans while working alongside experienced engineers in a collaborative environment with long-term career growth.

• Prepare construction plans and technical drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D
  .
• Develop grading, drainage, utility, street, and site layout plans.
• Assist engineers with design calculations, plan revisions, and project deliverables.
• Produce plan and profile sheets, details, exhibits, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and other design professionals to ensure project accuracy.
• Revise drawings based on markups and QA/QC reviews.
• Maintain drafting standards and organize project files throughout the design process.

• 2+ years of experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D in a civil engineering environment.
• Experience preparing construction plans for land development, municipal, roadway, or utility projects.
• Strong understanding of grading, drainage, utilities, and site design principles.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with engineers and project managers.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
