Mustang Cat is hiring a skilled Parts Counter Sales Representative to support customers across Southeast Texas. If you have experience in sales
, strong customer service skills, and enjoy working around construction parts and equipment, this is your opportunity to grow with a respected Caterpillar dealership.

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers in a professional manner
• Process parts orders and troubleshoot parts issues
• Check in and organize incoming parts in the parts warehouse
• Build and assemble hydraulic hoses as needed
• Assist with loading the shuttle truck
• Maintain warranty and non-warranty re-man core tracking
• Reconcile daily payments and credit card transactions
• Add freight charges to counter and shop tickets
• Support additional warehouse duties as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 2 years of customer service or sales experience%li>
• Mechanical aptitude and strong computer skills
• Professional communication skills: phone, email, written, and in-person
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated with a positive, customer-focused attitude

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience with Caterpillar parts systems
• Background in heavy equipment,
  parts warehouse
  , or industrial supply
