Responsibilities
  • Develop new relationships and retain and deepen existing relationships.
  • Manage a book of clients and build a network of referral sources.
  • Build brand identity within the community and engage in networking with clients, bank officers, attorneys, accountants, and other business professionals.
  • Actively participate in the Customer Service First program, support the values of the organization, and follow established policies and procedures.
  • Provide financial advisory services across multiple business lines, focusing on long‑term relationships.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
  • At least four years of experience in investment management, registered investment advisory, trust management, or law preferred.
  • Strong salesmanship, knowledge, confidence, human‑relations skills, and communication techniques required.
  • Position demands accuracy, attention to detail, self‑motivation, dedication, imagination.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills essential.
