This is a full-time, on-site Automotive Finance Manager role located at Allen Honda in College Station, TX. The Automotive Finance Manager will oversee the financing and insurance processes for vehicle purchases, presenting financing options, extended warranties, and protection products in a clear and compliant manner. Daily responsibilities include securing approvals from lenders, preparing and reviewing contracts and documentation, and ensuring all deals meet regulatory and dealership standards.
The role involves collaborating closely with sales and management teams to structure profitable deals, maximize customer satisfaction, and support dealership performance goals. The Finance Manager will also monitor deal profitability, maintain relationships with financial institutions, and provide guidance to team members on finance and compliance best practices.
- Strong automotive finance and F&I expertise, including experience structuring vehicle loans, leasing options, and presenting finance and insurance products.
- Demonstrated proficiency with lender portals, deal management software, and basic financial analysis to ensure accurate and efficient deal processing.
- Solid knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., privacy laws, lending regulations, and dealership policies) and the ability to apply them consistently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to clearly explain finance options, build trust, and resolve concerns effectively.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with sales, management, and administrative staff in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Proven attention to detail and strong organizational skills for handling contracts, documentation, and multiple deals simultaneously.
- Previous experience as an Automotive Finance Manager, F&I Manager, or similar dealership role preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, finance, or a related field is beneficial.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
