Relationship Banker Business Specialist

As a Relationship Banker Business Specialist within PNC's retail organization, you will be based in Bryan, TX.

Job Responsibilities

The Relationship Banker Business Specialist will:

  • Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue.
  • Proactively manage leads and generate referrals, leveraging knowledge of bank products and services to grow share of wallet and attract new consumer and business households.
  • Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside of the branch, working across a range of ecosystem partners to identify and introduce clients to the best resources.
  • Differentiate the client experience through advanced conversation skills, delivering tailored solutions aligned with clients' holistic needs.
  • Work with the branch team to identify consumer and business banking opportunities to create referrals.
  • Create client loyalty and grow client share of wallet through a differentiated client experience.
  • Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
