The Department of Pharmacy Practice at Texas A&M University’s Irma Lerma Rangel College of Pharmacy invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure-track faculty position in Bryan, Texas, starting Fall 2025. This is an acute care position, with titles of Clinical Assistant, Clinical Associate, or Clinical Professor, based on qualifications. The candidate will develop a clinical practice in critical care or emergency medicine and participate significantly in the residency program, potentially serving as Residency Coordinator/Director.
The faculty member will contribute to teaching and service, with opportunities for innovative educational, scholarly, and service activities. Scholarly activity, including publication and presentation, is expected. Responsibilities include educating healthcare providers, students, and residents, implementing clinical services, and managing data collection and reporting.
Requirements include a Pharm
D or equivalent degree from an accredited US institution. Candidates must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a pharmacist in Texas. Preference is given to those with PGY2 training in pharmacotherapy, internal medicine, or pediatrics.
