✅ Requirements:
Minimum 2 Years of Acute Care Dialysis RN Experience
Active RN License
BLS Certification (AHA)
ACLS Certification (AHA)
NIHSS Certification (AHA or Apex)

Required Skills:

Hemodialysis treatments (Acute & ICU)
AVF/AVG Cannulation
Central Line (CVC) Access
Peritoneal Dialysis Care
Dialysis initiation and termination
Management of dialysis complications
Heparin titration
