• Provide skilled physical therapy assistance to patients according to physician orders and treatment plans.
• Assess patient progress and document observations accurately and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement effective care strategies.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Educate patients and family members on therapeutic exercises and post-treatment care to promote recovery and prevent future issues.

• Valid Texas Physical Therapy Assistant license.
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support), CPR certified, and TB clearance.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, professional demeanor, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
