This is not a high-volume clinic
. We prioritize controlled patient schedules, efficient workflows, and strong patient outcomes

Typical daily volume is 11–12 patients (8-hour shift) and 14–16 patients (10-hour shift) after cancellations. Scheduling is designed to maintain a steady, manageable workflow
, and clinicians have input on patient acuity and scheduling decisions
—we do not rely on rigid double-booking.
We offer flexible scheduling options
, including 4-day workweeks (10-hour shifts), hybrid schedules with half-day Fridays, and traditional 5-day schedules.
All clinicians receive a 1-month onboarding ramp with reduced productivity expectations
, along with ongoing opportunities to develop skills in orthopedic and vestibular care
.
We utilize Prompt EMR
, designed to allow clinicians to complete documentation during the workday, not after hours
.
- Structured templates support real-time documentation during patient care
- Most clinicians finish notes during the day or before leaving
- Goal: little to no take-home documentation once up to speed
- Health insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield with employer contribution

- Optional additional hours and Saturday shifts for increased earnings
- Many clinicians earn ~15% above base salary
Clinicians also have the opportunity to develop a clinical niche or specialty
, with support for growth in areas such as vestibular or pelvic health.
- Perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations for outpatient orthopedic and vestibular patients
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care
- Provide hands‑on treatment and therapeutic exercise
- Progress patients appropriately and manage plan of care adherence
- Complete timely documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding goals, progress, and expectations
- Coordinate with front office staff to support efficient scheduling and patient flow
- Maintain a professional, organized treatment environment
- Participate in team collaboration and clinic operations
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain an efficient, organized workflow
- Comfortable working in a structured, accountable clinical environment
- Willingness to learn and grow within a defined system of care
