• Base Salary: $85,000
• Monthly performance bonuses

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Treat a diverse caseload
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Prompt (EMR)
• Collaborate with PTAs and support staff
• Build relationships with referral sources and the local community

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Licensed (or license‑eligible) in Texas
• New graduates welcome!
• Pelvic floor experience or interest is a plus
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Passion for outpatient, patient‑centered care

• Patient‑focused and compassionate
• Motivated to grow clinically and professionally
• Interested in working with diverse patient populations
• Excited about innovation in physical therapy and balance care
• Interest in balance, vestibular, and pelvic floor, a plus!
