• Implement interventions in various settings
• Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• TX Physical Therapist PT license
• Current BLS/CPR Certification

• Pay: $2,112.28 - $2,177.61 / week
