* *** Preparation and Delivery of Healthcare Training
*** Training healthcare providers in topics related to healthcare education such as but not limited to culturally and linguistically appropriate services and behavioral health
** Program Coordinating, Planning, and Implementation/Training for Healthcare Training Programs
*** Scheduling and tracking clinical training and educational experiences for healthcare providers
* Coordinates program communications and marketing
* Plans and implements programs and assists in their evaluation for grant funded initiatives and clinical services
* Responds to inquiries regarding program offerings
* Coordinates with vendors and partners and others in the delivery and support of all systems and services
* Maintains program records and databases for clinical and educational initiatives
* Healthcare and program management tasks as assigned by supervisors within the department
** Funding and Resource Management
*** Assists in identifying and maintaining funding opportunities
** Required

Education and Experience *
* * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Two years of program coordination, administrative, or related experience.
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Bilingual Proficiency (English and Spanish)
** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities*
* * Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
* Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
* Verbal and written communication skills.
