The Program Coordinator I coordinates the planning, development and implementation of assigned program.
Salary:
Will be commensurate based on the selected hire's education and experience.

Responsibilities
Preparation and Delivery of Healthcare Training
- Training healthcare providers in topics related to healthcare education such as but not limited to culturally and linguistically appropriate services and behavioral health
Program Coordinating, Planning, and Implementation/Training for Healthcare Training Programs
- Scheduling and tracking clinical training and educational experiences for healthcare providers
- Coordinates program communications and marketing
- Plans and implements programs and assists in their evaluation for grant funded initiatives and clinical services
- Responds to inquiries regarding program offerings
- Coordinates with vendors and partners and others in the delivery and support of all systems and services
- Maintains program records and databases for clinical and educational initiatives
- Healthcare and program management tasks as assigned by supervisors within the department
Funding and Resource Management
- Assists in identifying and maintaining funding opportunities
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two years of program coordination, administrative, or related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual Proficiency (English and Spanish)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
