Program Coordinator I

Salary:
Will be commensurate based on the selected hire’s education and experience.
Overview:
The Program Coordinator I coordinates the planning, development and implementation of assigned programs.
- Preparation and delivery of healthcare training, training healthcare providers in topics related to healthcare education such as culturally and linguistically appropriate services and behavioral health.
- Program coordinating, planning, and implementation/training for healthcare training programs.
- Scheduling and tracking clinical training and educational experiences for healthcare providers.
- Coordinate program communications and marketing.
- Plan and implement programs and assist in their evaluation for grant‑funded initiatives and clinical services.
- Respond to inquiries regarding program offerings.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners and others in the delivery and support of all systems and services.
- Maintain program records and databases for clinical and educational initiatives.
- Perform healthcare and program management tasks as assigned by supervisors within the department.
- Assist in identifying and maintaining funding opportunities.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two years of program coordination, administrative, or related experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
