Salary:
Will be commensurate based on the selected hire’s education and experience.

Overview:
The Program Coordinator I coordinates the planning, development and implementation of assigned programs.

Responsibilities
  • Preparation and delivery of healthcare training, training healthcare providers in topics related to healthcare education such as culturally and linguistically appropriate services and behavioral health.
  • Program coordinating, planning, and implementation/training for healthcare training programs.
  • Scheduling and tracking clinical training and educational experiences for healthcare providers.
  • Coordinate program communications and marketing.
  • Plan and implement programs and assist in their evaluation for grant‑funded initiatives and clinical services.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding program offerings.
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners and others in the delivery and support of all systems and services.
  • Maintain program records and databases for clinical and educational initiatives.
  • Perform healthcare and program management tasks as assigned by supervisors within the department.
  • Assist in identifying and maintaining funding opportunities.
Required

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two years of program coordination, administrative, or related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
