Job Summary:

Radiology (Computed Tomography - CT) Technologist position in a healthcare facility. This role involves performing computed tomography scans with both contrast and non-contrast studies, primarily in an acute care setting. The candidate will support emergency room and inpatient departments, working within a fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality imaging services.

Job Details:

  • Schedule:

    Days shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. The assignment runs from 08/31/2026 to 11/23/2026.
  • Required Qualifications:

    Certifications include BLS Certification and Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT). Education requirements include a valid Texas MRT license and at least 2 years of experience in CT imaging. Candidates must have a current Driver's License valid for employment verification.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience with emergency room and inpatient imaging, proficiency with GE 16- and 64-slice scanners, and familiarity with Meditech / Fuji EMR & PACS systems.
  • Additional Information:
    The unit operates 3 GE scanners (one 16-slice and two 64-slice), and the role may require precepting or training new staff as needed. Call rotation is every 6th week with a 30-minute response time, primarily for backup support during night hours. Candidates should be flexible to float between campuses as needed, with no prior direct employment within the past year at facilities associated with the organization.
