Baylor Scott & White Health seeks a Chaplain 1 to provide compassionate spiritual and emotional support to patients, families, and staff within a hospital setting. You will lead religious services, assess spiritual needs, and collaborate with the care team to enhance patient well-being.
Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree, less than 1 year of experience, and preferably one unit of CPE (Clinical Pastoral Education). Training will include working with diverse faiths and end-of-life support.
