Miramont is looking for a Front Desk Concierge to be the welcoming face of our Club, fostering exceptional relationships with members and their guests. As the central hub of Club activities, the front desk plays a key role in ensuring a seamless experience. In this role, you will promote and book guest rooms and provide support to the Lead Concierge, Clubhouse Manager, and other Club Managers as needed.

This position requires a deep understanding of Club operations, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional hospitality by warmly greeting members, guests and visitors.
  • Answer calls, respond to inquiries, relay messages and assist members and guests.
  • Coordinate dining, hotel & guest room reservations, check‑ins/outs and related services.
  • Deliver concierge services and personalized assistance to members and guests.
  • Maintain accurate records for guest rooms, club keys, packages/mail and lost & found items.
  • Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B and other departments.
  • Perform administrative tasks including filing, restocking office supplies and data entry.
  • Assist with member relations initiatives, special communications and club events.
  • Monitor club activity, maintain professionalism/confidentiality and perform additional duties as assigned.
Employment & Eligibility

The position is advertised for full‑time and part‑time employment. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and able to comply with the company’s criminal background investigation procedures.
