The Woodhouse Spa Bryan-College Station is looking for a highly motivated Spa Manager to manage the daily operations of our state of the art luxury spa with a team of dynamic therapists and concierge!

Overview:

As the Spa Manager of our luxury spa, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of spa operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals and collaborate closely with the Spa Owner to maintain high standards of service and achieve targeted business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the guest experience, drive revenue, and maximize profitability.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise a skilled team of spa professionals including therapists, spa concierges, and support staff. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and career growth.

Experience:

Ensure the delivery of curated luxurious spa experiences that exceed guest expectations. Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements as needed.
Operational Oversight:
Manage day-to-day spa operations including scheduling and reporting. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.
Sales and Marketing:
Develop and execute effective promotional strategies. Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and packages and Club Memberships. Knowledge of Canva a plus.
Compliance and Brand Standards:
Uphold the spa standards via fostering standard operating procedures and monitoring adherence to brand luxury standards.

Qualifications:

Experience in a management role within the hospitality or spa industry a plus.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service.
