Proposed Minimum Salary:

$13.01 - $20.00 per hour commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities- Support all phases of IPG Test Operations (Plan, Prepare, Execute, and Assess).
- In conjunction with the Senior Tech I, conduct periodic Range and facility maintenance and improvements, including limited landscaping operations.
- Execute equipment accountability and sustainability operations to ensure all equipment is fully mission‑capable and/or receiving repairs.
- Support IPG internal and external Validation, Verification, and accreditation events for instrumentation and network interoperability.
- Employ the IPG's camera, radar, and network capabilities to optimize event coverage.
- Function as the Range Officer in Charge and/or Range Safety Officer for support to both internal and external events.
- Plan events independently as required.
- Provide input to, and assist in, the development of supply, maintenance, and operational policies governing IPG operations.
- Enforce all safety procedures and policies, including but not limited to operating in open air environments (hot and cold), confined space, and lockout/tag‑out.
- Assist the DoT in planning and resourcing specialized programs such as conferences, seminars, lectures, meetings, and workshops to facilitate program goals.
- Serve as the IPG's alternate purchase card holder and, when needed, execute all aspects of purchasing; research, cut sheet, approval, buy, and deliver.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma.
- Two years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be able to gain and maintain a DoD (Department of Defense) security clearance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Maintains attention to detail and utilizes sound judgment.
- Proven critical and creative thinking skills.
- Able to operate autonomously after provided guidance and objectives.
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
