Litigation Paralegal

Locations:
Austin, Bryan, and Waco. This is an in‑office position.

At Daniel Stark, the role of a personal injury paralegal involves more than meeting clients and drafting documents. You will embody our core values, partner with a team lead for personal and professional growth, and advocate for clients to regain control of their lives.

• Provide exemplary customer service to clients.
• Foster productive and friendly relationships with clients and attorneys.
• Manage a docket of 40–50 cases with an 'A' rating from clients, assigned attorneys, and leadership.
• Prepare legal documents, correspondence, demands, pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, deposition notices, pretrial orders, and affidavits under the supervision of a lawyer.

• Personal injury litigation experience is a plus.
