Warehouse Janitorial Associate – KBS - Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC

KBS – Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is hiring a full‑time Warehouse Janitorial Associate in College Station, TX.

Base pay range: $14.00/hr – $16.76/hr.

Shift: 6 am – 5 pm; hours may vary day/night and include weekends.

• Clean restrooms, break areas (interior and exterior) and office areas.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and take out trash.
• Ensure all hallways are clean and orderly at all times.
• Maintain clean bags and other items.
• Perform deep cleaning as needed.
• Follow all safety and quality standards.
• Perform additional basic cleaning duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift and move containers up to 49 lbs.
• Walk frequently in and around the facility throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Can read and interpret documents such as safety, operations and maintenance standards.

• Requires coordination of eye/hand, foot (pedals), manual (pinch, squeeze, hold, grasp), and wrist (repetitive flex/rotate) motions.
• KBS uses the mobile timekeeping app KBSPresence to record accurate work hours, manage attendance, complete required training and distribute important work information.
• All non‑exempt employees must download and use the KBSPresence app on a personal mobile device.
• Commuter phone stipend is provided for mobile device use.
