Position Overview

Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt
Compensation: $125K–$175K, based on experience and overall fit
Reports To: CEO

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to partner directly with executive leadership in driving high-priority strategic and operational initiatives. This role focuses on translating strategy into execution by managing cross‑functional projects, aligning stakeholders, mitigating risks, and ensuring the timely delivery of key milestones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage complex cross‑functional projects from planning through execution
  • Develop project timelines, deliverables, milestones, KPIs, and reporting structures
  • Coordinate collaboration across operations, engineering, finance, regulatory, and commercial teams
  • Identify risks, resolve blockers, manage scope changes, and maintain project momentum
  • Provide executive‑level updates on project status, risks, and required decisions
  • Improve project management processes, governance, and operational workflows
  • Support occasional travel as needed
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of project management experience leading large‑scale initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar platforms
  • Industry experience in renewable energy, biofuels, chemicals, manufacturing, or energy sectors preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Biotech, Ag Science, or related field
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred
