Realty Project Lead: Store Remodels

Position Summary

As a Realty Project Coach on our Realty Execution team for Walmart US, you will take ownership of delivering store and club remodels, new openings, and special projects across the United States. Your role is to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet Walmart’s high quality standards.

• Influence and motivate team members to meet project timelines and deliverables.
• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores, communicating plans, changes, and obstacles to stakeholders.
• Develop associates by providing supervision, training, mentoring, recognition, and career guidance.

The role requires primarily overnight night shifts averaging 10 to 12 hours. Expect frequent travel up to 1,000 miles and being away from home 80% of the time, with periods of 17–21 days. Travel will be reimbursed and overnight stays paid for RPC roles.

Annual salary range: $60,000 – $110,000, with potential for performance-based bonuses.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area, OR 3 years of related experience.

• Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 1 year’s experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

• Reliable transportation required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and support Walmart’s mission, values, and ethics.
• Build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, identifying business needs and monitoring progress.
