Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assist with filling material in staging buckets with correct mixtures.

· Assist with staging and preparing for production runs.

· Trimming excess flash from products.

· Assembling products.

· Packaging/palletize parts.

· Other duties as assigned.

· Maintain safe and clean working conditions.

· Promote company core values.

Qualifications/Requirements:

· Knowledge of manufacturing operation and quality processes preferred.

· Ability to work safely, efficiently, and effectively at a rapid pace.

· Ability to lift to 50 lbs. repeatedly.

· Ability to work with hand tools.

· Ability to maintain a clean work area.

· Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

· Monitor safety and quality.

Educational Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent or work-experience equivalent.

· Majority of time spent will be in a factory setting.

· There are minimal offensive smells, vapors, or noises.

· There may be exposure to extreme heat.
