** 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

* ** 3rd

Shift:
** 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Overtime may be available based on production needs.

Maintenance Technician ResponsibilitiesThe Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment and facility systems to support efficient manufacturing operations.

Equipment Maintenance
* Perform
** preventive maintenance on industrial machinery
** including conveyors, mixers, packaging equipment, and refrigeration systems

* Inspect, lubricate, and adjust production equipment to ensure reliable operation

* Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment failures

* Diagnose root causes of equipment issues and perform repairs to minimize downtime

* Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns during production

Facility Maintenance
* Assist with maintenance of facility systems including
** HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems*
* * Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized production environment

### Safety and Compliance

* Follow all
** lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and safety guidelines*
* * Wear required PPE and follow safe maintenance practices

* Ensure compliance with
** OSHA, GMP, and food safety standards*
* ### Documentation and Communication

* Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and inspection records

* Document repairs and equipment history in the maintenance system

* Coordinate with production teams and supervisors to prioritize repairs

* Communicate maintenance issues and solutions with operations staff

Maintenance Technician Requirements
* High school diploma or GED required

* Technical or trade school training preferred

* ** 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
** in a manufacturing environment

* Experience troubleshooting
** electrical and mechanical systems*
* * Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

* Ability to read maintenance manuals and electrical diagrams

* Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment

Preferred Skills and Certifications
* Experience with
** PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar)*
* * Knowledge of motors, drives, and industrial control systems

* Experience working with
** 480V, 220V, and 110V electrical systems*
*
* ** Forklift certification is a plus*
*
* ** LOTO certification strongly preferred*
* Physical Requirements
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

* Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work around production equipment

* Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment
