As an Embroidery Operator, you will work with industry‑leading Tajima multi‑head embroidery machines to produce high‑quality embroidered products while helping ensure efficient production flow and outstanding results.

• Operate embroidery machines efficiently while maintaining high quality standards on apparel, headwear, bags, and other products.
• Review work orders to verify product specifications, thread colors, sizing, and placement details.
• Set up embroidery machine programs with proper digital files and thread sequences.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain production quality.
• Perform simple machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures to maintain an efficient work environment.

• Embroidery experience is preferred but not required — paid training is available.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
