Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate 1 to join our manufacturing team in Bryan, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various production operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and contributing to the overall manufacturing process efficiency.
- Operate production equipment and perform assembly operations according to established procedures
- Fabricate and produce component parts for final product assembly
- Handle materials, including loading, unloading, and proper storage
- Utilize hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks and inspect products for defects
- Read and interpret work orders, production schedules, and basic technical drawings
- Make accurate measurements using precision tools
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Report any equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Proficiency in using basic hand tools and power equipment
- Ability to read and comprehend written and verbal instructions
- Basic math skills, including the ability to work with fractions and decimals
- Experience with tape measure reading and precise measurements
- Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Basic computer literacy
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong safety awareness and commitment to workplace safety
