Day Shift Yard Loader Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders to move, load, and stockpile materials safely and efficiently
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure reliable operation
• Load trucks and feed plant equipment in alignment with production needs
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, including stockpiles and haul roads
• Follow all safety procedures and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

• Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively
• Strong awareness of surroundings with commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
• Dependable work ethic with attention to detail and quality
• Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and operational demands

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• Starting pay range $23.00- $24.00 per hour DOE
