We are currently seeking a Utility Staff Team Member to join our growing team. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about the screen-printing process, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

As a Utility Staff Team Member
, your key duties will include:

• Setting up, operating, and maintaining automatic and manual screen-printing presses
  .
• Ensuring proper placement, alignment, and quality of prints on garments.
• Mixing, handling, and applying inks and coatings according to specifications.
• Loading and unloading apparel for efficient production flow
  .
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation and production floor
  .
• Inspecting printed products for quality control and making necessary adjustments.
• Cleaning and reclaiming screens, squeegees, and other equipment after each job.
• Following safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Assisting with troubleshooting printing issues and resolving production challenges.
• Working collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

The ideal candidate should have:

• A strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control
  .
• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
  .
• Basic knowledge of screen-printing techniques, ink mixing, and press operation (preferred, but not required).
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.
