Build and Lead The Marketing Function of Mid-South Metals The OpportunityMid-South Metals is looking for an entrepreneurial marketing professional to help drive continued growth. As our Marketing Manager, you will work with executive leadership and sales to develop and execute Mid-South Metals’ marketing strategy while leading our College Station Outreach Center. You'll have the opportunity to strengthen our brand, generate qualified business opportunities, develop marketing systems, and build a team that supports our continued expansion.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating, improving, and leading. We’re looking for someone who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo, introduce new ideas, and build something that creates a lasting impact.
What You'll Do- Develop and execute Mid-South Metals' overall marketing strategy.
- Strengthen our brand through digital marketing, website management, content creation, CRM initiatives, and lead generation.
- Develop marketing campaigns that generate qualified business opportunities.
- Lead the College Station Outreach Center, including recruiting, coaching, and developing Texas A&M student employees.
- Build processes, systems, and performance metrics that support long-term growth.
- Work alongside executive leadership and sales to identify new opportunities and continuously improve our marketing efforts.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of marketing, business development, or related leadership experience.
- Experience developing and executing marketing strategies in a B2B environment.
- Experience with digital marketing, website management, CRM platforms, AI utilization, and marketing analytics.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Previous leadership or team management experience.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to build something from the ground up.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial distribution, or other B2B industries is preferred.

What We Offer- Competitive Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience, with performance-based incentives tied to team and company success.

- Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrue up to two (2) weeks of PTO after six months of employment. Beginning in your sixth year, earn an additional day (8 hours) of PTO annually, up to a maximum of three (3) weeks.
- Paid Holidays: A minimum of seven (7) company-paid holidays each year, with additional holidays as determined by the company.
- Retirement Plan: Eligible to participate in Mid-South Metals' 401(k) or SIMPLE IRA after one year of employment, with a company match of up to 3%.
