We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Registered Nurse (RN) for home health and hospice care, working weekends only (Friday/Saturday/Sunday). This role involves providing one-on-one patient care in their homes, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and the patient’s physician.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responding to incoming calls and making necessary patient visits
- Coordinating care and conducting comprehensive assessments
- Initiating and revising care plans
- Providing wound care, IV therapy, medication management, and hospice care
Qualifications:
- Current RN license and nursing degree
- Preferred experience in home health, hospice, or acute care
- Strong clinical skills and reliable transportation
