Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Clinical Educator RN, you will be a pivotal leader, empowering our nursing teams with cutting‑edge knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional patient care across various clinical settings.

• Provides assessment, teaching and follow‑up instruction to a specific patient population and provides guidance to management, staff and physicians
• Identifies needs, plans and implements educational programs within specialty area for staff, patients, and/or community. Actively participates in Nursing and Patient Education Department activities
• Serves in a consultative role to staff, management and health professionals in the hospital and community with focus on quality and cost containment
• Disseminates and conducts nursing research
• Serves as leader in the development and attainment of organizational goals
• Demonstrates professional practice by serving as a liaison among the program staff, advisory committee and facility administration

• Associate of Science Nursing and one year’s nursing experience, upon hire
• Registered Nurse: TX, upon hire
• Basic Life Support – CPR, within 14 days

$34.69 - $51.59 /hour
