We seek Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses to provide home health care for medically fragile children.

• Focus on medical needs and treatments of infants, children, and adolescents in their homes per the active plan of care
• Patient assessments
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
• Coordination of care
• Health promotion and teaching
• Training family members

• Licensed RN or LVN in Texas
• Current CPR certification
• Independently work with minimal supervision
• Physical ability to walk, lift, bend, kneel, see, hear, and speak clearly
