** 16-18 patient census** , working closely with supervising physicians to provide focused inpatient care.

** To be successful in this role, you will

** Master's or Doctoral Degree
** from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.

** Board certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).*

** Active or eligible license in the state of Texas** .

** Strong clinical skills in inpatient medicine** , including comprehensive patient assessment, diagnosis, and management (under physician supervision).

** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
** to effectively interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams in a hospital setting.
