Role:
Dialysis Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities:Provide safe and comfortable dialysis treatments, perform physical assessments, monitor patients during procedures, review medication profiles, and administer medications as ordered. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, meet staffing requirements, and adhere to safety and regulatory standards. Participate in staff meetings and continuing education to maintain compliance and enhance skills.
Qualifications & Skills:Valid nursing license in the state, ability to distinguish all primary colors, with preferred experience in nursing and dialysis care. Strong teamwork, attention to safety, and documentation skills are essential.
Key Duties:Direct patient care, medication administration, assessment documentation, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.
