Estate Gardener

The Estate Groundskeeper maintains the beauty, health, and appearance of the residential estate grounds through professional landscaping and horticultural practices. Responsibilities include mowing, edging, trimming, planting, irrigation repair, fertilization and other high‑end grounds and garden maintenance tasks. Estate Groundskeepers work both independently and as part of a team, receiving ongoing training and guidance from experienced supervisors. Successful candidates are self‑motivated, dependable, safety‑conscious and committed to maintaining exceptional property standards.

• Maintains estate grounds through mowing, edging, blowing, fertilization & weed control.
• Plants, transplants, waters and cares for trees, shrubs, flowers and other plants.
• Operates landscaping equipment, incl. mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers and other tools.
• Assists with irrigation/drainage installation, maintenance, troubleshooting & repairs.
• Performs digging, soil preparation, planting, mulching and other gardening tasks.
• Safely operates utility carts, ladders, pressure washers, hand tools & other equipment.
• Maintains a clean, organized & safe work environment – properly caring/storing equipment.
• Performs additional duties as assigned while supporting the estate's appearance.
