Groundskeeper

The Groundskeepers at Miramont Country Club in Bryan, TX, are responsible for maintaining the golf course and landscaped areas surrounding the course, clubhouse and other Club facilities including parking lots. This role ensures a clean, safe and visually appealing property by performing routine grounds maintenance using hand tools and hand‑held power equipment. The Groundskeeper supports daily operations by following established maintenance standards and safety procedures and Club policies while completing assigned tasks efficiently.

Training is provided to prepare individuals for independent work assignments. Successful candidates demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, a strong work ethic and contribute positively to the overall appearance and upkeep of Club property.

GROUNDSKEEPER

• Maintain the landscape of the golf course, clubhouse grounds and other areas.
• Plant, trim, prune, fertilize and care for trees, shrubs, flowers and ornamental plants.
• Operate turf equipment to mow, edge, rake, blow and groom landscape surfaces & grounds.
• Maintain greens, fairways, tees, bunkers, cart paths, driving range and other areas.
• Assist with projects, sod installation, planting, soil preparation and seasonal upkeep.
• Support irrigation/drainage maintenance, incl. digging, install pipes and back filling.
• Load, unload, transport, clean and properly store equipment, tools and materials.
• Remove trash and debris, maintain clean work areas and follow all safety procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned while supporting the Club’s Mission & Vision.
