Lawn Maintenance Worker

We are hiring a Lawn Maintenance Technician to maintain beautiful landscapes for our customers. The role involves mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and cleaning beds, and operating equipment safely and efficiently.

• Ensure mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, cleaning beds, and all other lawn maintenance work is done professionally.
• Prepare equipment and supplies needed for the workday, e.g., trash bags, brooms, rakes, lawn tools, ice, and load them in the truck and trailer.
• Learn and use all equipment efficiently and safely as directed by the Crew Leader.
• Become familiar with customers’ expectations and service contracts.
• Maintain a professional attitude at all times with customers, fellow employees, and supervisors.

• No experience required—training will be provided.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license issued at least five years prior to the application date.
• Precise, consistent work output with patience and ability to handle one task at a time.
• Ability to deliver quality work consistently and to prioritize workload under pressure.
• Accountability and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience working with routes, service stops, and meeting route deadlines is preferred.
• Dependable and self‑motivated with a desire to work year‑round.
• English speaking is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work inside and/or outside for long periods, sometimes in extreme temperatures.

• Training pay: $16–$18 per hour based on experience.
• First‑year salary potential: $36k–$55k based on performance.
