The Grounds Guys of College Station is looking for a motivated and hardworking Team Member to join our Lawn Maintenance crew in Bryan, TX! • Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Maintain clean and professional appearance of residential and commercial properties
• Follow crew leader instructions to complete daily job schedules efficiently
• Load, transport, and unload equipment and materials safely
• Identify and report lawn or landscape issues to the crew leader
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment on all job sites

• No experience required — willingness to learn and work hard is a must
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and stand/walk for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive team-first attitude
• Valid driver's license preferred but not required
• Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively with team members
