• Prepare food items for customers using a quality predetermined method in a timely and consistent manner, providing high-quality, attractive meals to guests in the banquet rooms, restaurant, lounge and room service.
• Set up station(s) with the predetermined mise en place required.
• Have thorough knowledge of menus, standard recipes, and preparation methods.
• Prepare all orders on a timely basis.
• Practice sanitation and safety daily to ensure total customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to all applicable operating procedures.
• Operate and clean equipment properly.
• Promptly report all maintenance issues.
• Properly receive and store food and other deliveries.
• Consult with kitchen management daily and with other departments related to the Food & Beverage Department.

As a line cook, you are the heart of our Food & Beverage team, using your skills and expertise to delight our guests with your culinary creations. You will be responsible for the preparation, production, and plating of high-quality food. Our menus feature seasonally inspired cuisine crafted with only the freshest and finest ingredients. Working alongside some of the most innovative and creative chefs, you will have strong guidance.
