Retail Sales Pro

$11.00 to $14.00 per hour. Commission structure allows you to earn up to 8% on transactions, averaging an additional $1.00 per hour on top of base rate.

We are seeking entry‑level, full‑time Retail Sales Associates for our pawn store locations nationwide. The Retail Sales Associate works alongside the entire staff to provide excellent customer service in sales and loan transactions across a range of merchandise.

• Greets and interacts with all customers to build rapport and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Performs daily store open/close procedures.
• Maintains a clean, organized sales floor and displays merchandise.
• Processes sales and loan transactions in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handles all cash and negotiable items securely.
• Answers incoming calls following company standards.
• Communicates legal aspects of pawn and buyback transactions to customers.
• Collaborates with coworkers and managers to create a positive customer experience.
• Completes assigned training programs.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Willingness and ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness and ability to perform tasks requiring standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain firearms certification if required.
• Flexibility to work in multiple locations and a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic math calculations.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Computer literacy and ability to operate Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems and common office machines.

The commission incentive plan is proprietary to First Cash. Earnings may range from 2% to 8% based on gross profit of personal performance. Specific commission details will be provided during the interview process.
