Compensation

• Hourly wage: $14 - $27 per hour (may equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the location).
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs. They maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays and other merchandise displays in proper order throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may also be required.
