Vape City is on the lookout for enthusiastic Customer Engagement Associates to join our vibrant team! In this role, you'll be the friendly face of our store, welcoming customers and guiding them through our diverse range of products. Our ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be punctual and reliable, and possess a natural ability to build relationships with clients.

We welcome applications for all shifts, including morning, afternoon, and graveyard shifts.

• Welcome and engage with customers, fostering a positive shopping experience.
• Guide customers to merchandise, ensuring they find exactly what they need.
• Display extensive knowledge of our products to assist customers effectively.
• Encourage additional purchases through cross-selling and upselling techniques.
• Draft and submit a variety of reports as needed.
• Stock showcases and keep track of inventory levels regularly.
• Contribute towards achieving daily sales goals to consistently improve store performance.
• Operate cash registers, manage financial transactions, and ensure drawers are balanced.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized environment, especially during quieter periods.
