Fashion Consultant (Sales / Customer Service) Responsibilities
  • Assist customers on the sales floor, in the dressing room, and at the register.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Demonstrate high values and service by leading by example on and off the sales floor.
  • Help maintain a fresh and visually enticing store that is clean and well organized, exceeding competition and customer expectations.
  • Process incoming product, including tagging, sensing, and moving to and from back stock as needed.
  • Assist with displays and housekeeping.

Shift Leader / Keyholder Responsibilities
  • Open and close the store by following daily checklists.

  • Assist management and ownership with day‑to‑day operations.

  • Assist the general manager and ownership with profitable store operations focused on exceptional customer service.
  • Open and close the store, buy product from the public, hire/schedule staff, develop and manage a team to exceed customer expectations.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day store operations to achieve sales and profitability goals.
  • Manage inventory quality control and budgeting, including labor cost and operational expenses.
  • Conduct team development activities to recruit and properly staff the store, maintaining the labor budget below 20% of net sales.
  • Coach, train, and motivate team members to achieve higher performance and excellent customer interactions.
  • Schedule regular meetings with team members for training, trend updates, and operational changes.
  • Drive customer traffic, buying, and sales through effective strategies.
  • Maintain a fresh, visually enticing store that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of current fashion trends for the core customer base.
  • Strong coaching and leadership, customer‑service, and selling skills with a take‑charge mentality.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and 42–45 hours per week.
