Fashion Consultant (Sales / Customer Service) Responsibilities- Assist customers on the sales floor, in the dressing room, and at the register.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Demonstrate high values and service by leading by example on and off the sales floor.
- Help maintain a fresh and visually enticing store that is clean and well organized, exceeding competition and customer expectations.
- Process incoming product, including tagging, sensing, and moving to and from back stock as needed.
- Assist with displays and housekeeping.

- Schedule regular meetings with team members for training, trend updates, and operational changes.
- Drive customer traffic, buying, and sales through effective strategies.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and 42–45 hours per week.
