This is a full-time, on-site Jewelry Sales Consultant role located in Bryan, TX. The Jewelry Sales Consultant engages customers on the sales floor, actively listening to their needs and guiding them to jewelry and watch selections that fit their style, budget, and occasion. Daily responsibilities include presenting product features and benefits, demonstrating product care, and offering services such as warranties, repairs, and financing options where applicable.
The role includes maintaining visual merchandising standards, keeping displays secure and organized, and assisting with inventory counts and pricing updates. The consultant also processes sales transactions, handles returns and exchanges, and follows company policies to ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for every customer and team member.
- Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Communication skills to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Experience or aptitude in Sales Consulting and Consulting to understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, and close sales ethically.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Comfort learning product knowledge about diamonds, gemstones, metals, and jewelry care, with a willingness to complete ongoing training.
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems, cash handling, and standard retail procedures.
- Collaborative mindset, reliability, and professionalism in appearance and conduct.
- Prior retail, jewelry, or luxury goods experience is helpful but not required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
