Greet all Customers by making eye contact, smiling and saying hello throughout the Store;
Assist Customers with merchandise and answer Customer questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner;
Maintain clutter-free, clear egress and help keep the store clean (sweeping, mopping, dusting) and merchandise presentation per guidelines;
Follow MOS policies and loss prevention standards, and safeguard cash and user information;
Contribute to a positive shopping experience and represent the Ross brand at all times
