In this role, you will speak directly with local homeowners, learn about their concerns, and offer pest control solutions that fit their needs. • Go door to door to speak with homeowners about pest control services
• Identify customer concerns and recommend appropriate solutions
• Explain service details clearly and confidently
• Complete paperwork and schedule new customers
• Build positive, lasting impressions with every interaction
• Meet weekly and monthly sales goals

• Complete required sales training
• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
• Willingness to listen, learn, and take feedback
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone required; iPad or tablet preferred
• Ability to stay motivated and work toward sales quotas

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

At least 1 year of sales experience preferred

Valid driver’s license preferred
