• Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate toward and understanding customer needs.

• Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, which can lead to bonus payments.
• Occasionally participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of Cricket Wireless. Duties may include engaging with customers, representing products and services, distributing marketing materials, and assisting with event setup or breakdown. Participation is considered a condition of employment and employees will receive reasonable notice of scheduled events.

• Must be fluent in two or more languages – specifically English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills and a positive attitude, with technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• A background in retail sales is helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to the store.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the home store location and be flexible to work at multiple locations within the district as needed.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.

• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking tasks.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time in order to provide the best customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow instructions to completion.
