Bryan College Station Toyota is looking for self-motivated individuals who would like to start as a Porter. The Sales Porter supports dealership sales operations by maintaining vehicle organization, presentation, and operational flow throughout dealership property. This role contributes to a positive customer experience by helping ensure vehicles and dealership areas remain clean, organized, and ready to support daily sales activities and hospitality-driven customer interactions.

Vehicle & Lot Operations- Move, park, retrieve, and stage customer and dealership vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Assist with maintaining organized vehicle placement throughout showroom areas, parking lots, delivery areas, and dealership property.
- Support vehicle preparation activities including fueling, basic cleaning, lot presentation, and vehicle staging.
- Help ensure inventory vehicles are properly displayed and presentation-ready.
- Monitor dealership grounds and notify leadership of operational, safety, or vehicle concerns.
- Support Sales Associates and dealership personnel with operational needs related to vehicle movement and customer deliveries.
- Assist with vehicle delivery preparation and customer handoff activities as assigned.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout customer-facing sales and lot areas.
- Support dealership events, deliveries, and operational projects as needed.
- Follow dealership procedures related to vehicle handling, safety, and operational standards.
- Greet and assist customers professionally when interacting within dealership areas.
- Help create a welcoming, organized, and professional dealership environment.
- Provide courteous and professional interactions with customers, vendors, and team members.
- Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attendance record.
- Support dealership standards related to professionalism, safety, and customer care.
- Participate in meetings, training, and development opportunities as assigned.
- Collaborate effectively with dealership personnel and leadership.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous automotive sales, retail sales, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
